HQ-Audio Return/Exchange Policy

HQ-Audio's return/exchange policy allows customers to return one or multiple products from their order, with the option to receive a refund or exchange for a new product. However, we have a few simple requirements for processing returns/exchanges.

You may request to change/return the product in your order for any of the following reasons:

1. Not as Expected / Not Satisfied: The product does not meet your expectations.
2. Breakage: The product is damaged, scratched, or deformed during transportation.
3. Technical Error: The product does not function as described in the manufacturer's specifications.
4. Wrong Product: The product received is not what you ordered (wrong size, wrong color, etc.).
5. Missing Products / Accessories: The product is incomplete or lacks accessories as listed outside the packaging.
6. Not Fit: You received the correct size, but it does not suit your needs.
7. False Product Information: The product does not match the description, image, or technical specifications posted on the website (possibly due to a website error or incorrect product information).

General Requirements for Returns/Exchanges:

• The return/exchange request is valid for 24 hours from the date of receipt.
• You must confirm your purchase at HQ-Audio (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement, etc.).
• The product must not be on the Restricted Lists. It must have original stamps, marks, and packaging (except for defective or damaged products in transit) with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and any attached gifts (if applicable).
• The product must show no signs of use or any input data.
• All sealed parts must remain unopened.

If you have opened the seal of the product, please contact the manufacturer's warranty center using the information on the warranty card for support.

Refund Policy:

HQ-Audio will process your refund immediately after completing the quality inspection/change process. This process may take 3-5 business days.

You will receive your refund in one of two ways: either in cash directly at HQ-Audio or via bank transfer to your account.

The timing of the refund may vary depending on your cardholder's bank.
